Application Process

Application Process
1. A completed application must be submitted for each adult (18 years of age or older) that will occupy the property.
2. A $50 non-refundable applicaiton fee is required for each applicant. The application fee is due at the time
the application is submittted. The payment must be in the form of a Cashier Check or Money Order.
3. The following items must be included with the application:
- Application Deposit (certified funds) payable to NRPM.
- Copy of Driver's License for each adult.
- Copy of Social Security Card for each adult.
- Proof of Income - latest pay stub showing monthly income or letter from employer indication monthly pay. If self - employed, provide tax documents showing proof of income.
- Privacy Policy form signed.
- Qualifying Guidelines form signed.
4. We will process your application once the above is received. Processing the application should take 3 business days, or less. We will accept the first qualified applicant.
5. Upon approval, the application deposit will be applied to your security deposit and is not longer refundable. You will have 72 hours to sign your lease. Pet deposits are due at lease signing.
6. Prior to lease signing, you must call the utility companies and have the utilities transferred into your name. We will need the account numbers on lease-signing day.
7. We require a full month's rent at lease signing. Any prorated rent is due on the first of the second month of your lease.
