Fred Southard
Fred has been a licensed real estate broker in Texas since 1965 and has been active in residential property management in Austin since 1985. He has a BA in Finance from North Texas State University and has been awarded the Residential Management Professional (RMP) designation by the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM). He has served on the Board of Directors at both local and state levels for Realtor and Self-Storage Associations. He is licensed as a Real Estate broker in both Texas and Oklahoma.Jacque Raines
Jacque has worked for NRPM for 18 years. She is responsible for accounts receivables and payables as well as the day to day operations of the office.Mary Buie
Mary started her accounting career with an Austin home builder. She later transitioned into property management and has been with NRPM for 13 years. She oversees all accounting functions and financial audits.Bob Puntney
Bob has been with NRPM for over nine years, eight of those years as Maintenance Supervisor. He coordinates all tenant maintenance issues, make ready bids, and major maintenance projects.Dawn Kuhrt
Dawn has a twenty year history in the property management industry. She joined NRPM in 1999 and as a Property Supervisor, she oversees the operations of six apartment complexes in the Austin area.Bob Cook
Bob dabbled in real estate in Iowa before moving to Texas. He has managed single family homes, duplexes, and apartment complexes for NRPM for the past ten years.Patrick Juve
Patrick, a licensed Realtor, has been with NRPM since 2004. His specialties include residential sales, leasing and property management. He is also a member of The National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM).Cindy Wells
Cindy, a licensed Realtor, came to NRPM in 2006 as a property manager. The 10 years Cindy has spent in multi-family management, locating, and residential sales provides a strong background in leasing, sales, and project/process management.Lee Baughier
Lee has been an on-site manager for NRPM since 1996. She is responsible for showing, leasing, and collecting rent for 70 units.Pam Landers
Pam is the onsite Property Manager for a 113 unit community. She had eight years experience as a Property Manager before coming to work for NRPM in 2004. Her duties include showing properties, screening applicants, preparing leases, collecting rents, and coordinating property maintenance.Melissa Munoz
Melissa has been a Property Manager for over 17 years in Austin, seven of those years with NRPM. She and her staff manage 4 properties in South Austin, totaling 172 units.
